• Accounts: User accounts are created using your email address provided on registering for the Inez platform, and a secure password is generated for you, which you will be able to change.
• Bluetooth and Location Services: Our app uses Bluetooth and location services to operate effectively. However, we do not collect or use data from these services for any purpose other than the app's intended functionality.

2. Data Storage

• Firebase Database: User account information is stored securely in a Firestore database.
• TTLocks Server: To facilitate API calls to TTLocks, user account details must be stored by TTLocks (Third Party Provider).

As a user of Inez Access, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. This can be done within the app's settings page. Upon deleting your account, your personal identifiable data will be removed from our databases. However, for auditing purposes, we retain non-personal logs that record the time and date of account creation and deletion or modification. These logs do not contain personal identifiable information and are used solely for compliance and security purposes.
• Password Changes: You can change your password as needed for security purposes. We encourage regular updating of passwords to maintain account security.
